Forming: initial gathering*

Storming: creative process- goals*

Norming: define purpose, roles, procedures*

Performing: demonstrates goal*

Adjourning: end of interactions*



Orientation: getting to know one another*

Conflict: argument about approaching problem*

Emergence: consensus starts*

Reinforcement: consolidates consensus to finish project
